Deterministic Recursive Waveform Reconstruction and Proportional Mapping
Abstract. This paper introduces the Hohlfeld Data Representation (HDR) method, a framework for encoding data using residual vectors. By defining data points through length and angle relative to a reference vector, the method aims for 100% deterministic stability and exact reconstruction without approximation artifacts common in Fourier-based methods. Primary applications include lossless signal compression and cryptographic seed generation.
